Find your Passion

Dearest friends, family, and colleagues,

I'm writing to you today with a heart full of renewed purpose and a vibrant vision for this exciting chapter of my life. As I gracefully journey further into my 7th decade, my perspectives and passions have undergone a beautiful transformation. 

While I've always found fulfillment in my vocation in lifestyle coaching  my focus has now sharpened towards something even more deeply resonant: empowering other women to discover and embrace their own passions, leading to lives filled with even greater zest and joy.

For many years, my professional life in  as a coach provided a solid foundation of learning, connection, and contribution. The rhythms and routines were familiar, and I am grateful for the experiences and relationships I cultivated. However, as I've moved through the past few years, a powerful new calling has emerged, one that feels intrinsically linked to the wisdom and insights I've gained over my lifetime.

This shift wasn't a sudden departure, but rather a gradual unfolding. Perhaps it's the perspective that comes with time, a deeper understanding of what truly matters, or maybe it's witnessing the incredible potential within women that has ignited this fire within me. 

I've become increasingly passionate about creating spaces and opportunities for women of all ages to connect with their inner desires, identify their unique talents, and pursue the activities that truly bring them alive.

This passion has blossomed from a quiet admiration into an active pursuit. I've found myself drawn to stories of women who have bravely stepped into their passions, regardless of societal expectations or the stage of life they were in. Some of this stories are told in my Book ‘Zesty Changes’

Their journeys have inspired me deeply and reinforced my belief that it's never too late to uncover and cultivate what truly makes our hearts sing.

This week marks an exciting step in bringing this vision to life! I'm thrilled to announce that I'm hosting a free class focused on "Discovering Your Passion for Life Through the Decades." 

This class is designed to be a supportive and inspiring space for women to explore their evolving interests, identify dormant passions, and gain practical tools for integrating more zest and fulfillment into their lives, no matter their age. 

I'll be sharing some of my own journey of rediscovery, along with exercises and prompts to help participants tap into their inner wisdom and uncover what truly excites them.

The thought of empowering other women on their own journeys of passion discovery fills me with immense joy. 

I believe that when women are connected to their authentic selves and actively pursuing their interests, they radiate a unique energy that not only enriches their own lives but also positively impacts their communities.

It's about fostering a sense of possibility, encouraging bravery, and building a supportive network where women can uplift and inspire one another.

My vision for the future is now centered around creating more opportunities for this kind of connection and empowerment. 

I am enjoying  creating personal connections  at my  whimsical Mad Hatter's tea parties, weekly meetups at picnics  in the park and hosting other in person events for my sisterhood of Wise Zesty Women  living in  Florida So many fun ways  to empower women:  leading workshops, mentoring, creating online communities, speaking engagements and collaborative projects.

I want to leverage my years of experience and the lessons I've learned to guide and support women as they navigate their own paths to passion and purpose.

It's about fostering a sense of possibility, encouraging bravery, and building a supportive network where women can uplift and inspire one another.

This isn't about abandoning my past experiences but rather channeling them into a new and deeply meaningful direction. 

The skills I honed in  my years coaching at my non profit horse ranch  such as  being present, the value of connection and awareness,busting the self limiting beliefs and taking risks, are now being repurposed to serve this new mission of empowering women. 

It feels like a natural evolution, a way to give back and contribute in a way that truly resonates with my heart at this stage of my life.

I understand that this shift in focus might seem like a significant change, but for me, it feels like coming home to a deeper purpose. The energy,passion and enthusiasm I feel for this new direction are invigorating. I'm excited to see the ripple effect of empowering more women to live lives filled with passion and zest.
